OfficeTeam has a great opportunity for detail-oriented project assistant who is able to work on a temporary opportunity in the Mason area for several weeks. Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills along with ability to multi-task are needed for this Project Assistant role. Daily tasks will include but will not be limited to: assisting with back office support, such as filing, scanning, answering and transferring phone calls, assisting with e-mail, answering customer questions as needed and accurately making changes to data entry spreadsheets as needed.
