Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
As part of the HR Operations function, this role will be responsible for leading and supporting the operational activities of the Talent Acquisition function. While managing day-to-day execution of key processes, this role will also be responsible for critically evaluating and improving the scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the processes. Key areas of focus includes producing internal/external TA reports/analytics, coordinating pre-employment, offer and on-boarding procedures, serving as backup to the HR Coordinator, improving and maintaining our HRIS, supporting the company’s annual TA activities and initiatives, and assisting managers and employee with related issues and policy interpretation.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Process offer letters/packets and separation and resignation and release letters as needed
Assist managers and supervisors with day to day TA issues
Conduct local new hire orientations as needed
Responsible for pre-employment testing in partnership with TA Coordinator
Produce key internal and external reporting and analytics
Evaluates existing processes to identify and implement changes to drive improved scalability, efficiency, and accuracy
HR SharePoint Administrator - Audits and identifies solutions to improve accuracy of HR master data
Serves as backup to Coordinator to assist with recruiting process, place ads and job postings as required
Strategic Project Work in partnership with TA Director:
Assume critical role in the future design of Employer Brand. This includes the creation of consistent Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition
Utilize Brand to aid in re-design of corporate career page, all recruiting materials
