Job Summary/Basic Function

To provide instruction in support of the BTAS and AAB in Graphics & Multimedia programs beginning Fall 2018 for courses in Multimedia.

Minimum Qualifications

An earned master’s degree and experience in adult education. Demonstrated proficiency in Premiere Pro, Animate, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, HTML5, Videography, Audition, Photography and 3D Modeling; excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful relationships with the student population and corporate community.

Preferred Qualifications

Two-three years of successful teaching and use of instructional technology in a post-secondary or college setting with at least five years professional experience in the graphic design, multimedia, or related industry, experience with delivering and/or developing mixed mode or online courses.

Essential Functions and percent of time

80% teaching; 20% service.

Working Conditions

Controlled indoor climate. Special Contract terms and conditions of employment apply. Length of contract – 1 year (renewable based on performance and need)
