Requirements: Design and evolve user interface standards for the corporate intranet and evolving, emerging and collaborative experiences * Execute different levels of User Centered Design (UCD) engagement and processes for web application/site developments; specifically, prototype development, expert usability (heuristic) reviews, web analytics, contextual interviews and usability testing facilitation/analysis. * Review and define business/functional requirements; write user experience related requirements when needed * Manage multiple projects with various levels of user experience engagement, timelines, and expectations; establish and track success measures for each project * Follow project management process including, accomplishments, impact, and risks; creating communication plans; facilitate project status meeting * Provide effective and detail oriented client involvement and influence * Promote team functions and impact; Coordinate and present at user experience outreach forums as a user experience/usability advocate
