• Entering and maintaining article tool and style def information in a timely manner to allow for successful PO execution

• Maintain and make revisions to Purchase Orders

• PO execution, maintenance, tracking and trouble-shooting

• Maintain production data in mainframe; communicate with DC partners as appropriate

• Updating sales orders in SAP in partnership with Production Planner

• Complete VPO depending on region and/or category

• Weekly status reporting i.e. PO discrepancy reports, open order reports, etc.

• Maintain floor set tracking and reporting, including call-outs of critical deadlines and issues to Production Planner partner(s)

• Assist in monitoring PSR for accurate information, consistent with on order

• Communicate regularly with DC, Planning and vendor partners in partnership with Planner/Sr. Planner and escalate critical issues to cross-functional partners
