The Coldwell Banker is looking for a Sales Specialist in the Cincinnati Metro to provide support to Branch Leadership and Sales Agents, This Sales Specialist will be located at in our Northern Kentucky Branch. The Sales Specialist is primarily responsible for sales, with a secondary responsibility for the development of new and existing sales associates. This position will work with the Director of Agent Development, the Branch Manager and eMarketing Coordinators to assist sales associates with the development of their business.


  • On-boarding and comprehensive development of new sales associates

  • Follow a defined outline to allow new agents to meet income goals

  • Conduct structured coaching and business counseling for sales associates in need of additional assistance to meet their goals

  • Present standardized action workshops to focus on revenue building activities

  • Conduct trainings on various lead generation activities, contract writing, contract negotiation, scheduling for success, etc.

  • Structure the standardized development process to benefit each individual sales associate

  • Along with the eMarketing Coordinators, incorporate training and development in regards to new company technology and tools


  • Ohio real estate license

  • Minimum one year of real estate sales experience; familiarity with agent experience in order to successfully train in this area

  • Ability to hold others accountable to their personal goals

  • Proven decision making capabilities

  • High-level written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with public speaking and presentations

  • Confident, assertive and enthusiastic

  • Remain active in the real estate business – listings and sales

  • Through direct experience as a sales agent, support fellow agents in the office by


  • Experience in training and technology related to sales

  • Technology proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools, smart phones and tablet devices

  • Knowledge of social media channels and protocols preferred.
