TW Metals is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to work in our Cincinnati, OH location.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing profitable growth utilizing innovative sales management techniques. Manages and leads sales activities for a territory by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Establishes and maintains sales budget targets for branch. Possesses knowledge of market conditions, key customers and competitive conditions. Is alert to market opportunities which complement current product

and service offering. Assists in developing new markets and confers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area. Coordinates sales activities in accordance with established policies

and procedures. Develops plans for efficient use of resources and a profitable business that provides a return consistent with objectives. Sales managers are measured on; customer satisfaction, quality of work and results to budget regarding sales and gross


Required Skills, Abilities and Education: This position requires well-developed sales management skills, as well as an ability to understand branch objectives & effectively communicate them to a sales team and monitor results and individual performance. To

perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Desirable Skills, Abilities and Education: Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration or related area, and/or five years industry sales experience. Strong sales skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees, management and customers

are a must for this position. Must communicate effectively. Ability to read, write, and fluently speak the English language. Ability to comprehend concepts of moderate to high difficulty, and ability to communicate responses and actions related to these concepts.

Ability to work effectively with common PC programs such as spreadsheets (Excel), word processing (Word), presentation software (PowerPoint), Act, etc. Ability to learn mainframe program (Metalware). Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units

of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or

no variables.
