Job Summary

Provides and coordinates services to practices in regards to clinical and clerical operations and regulatory agencies. Monitors and trains clinical and clerical staff to be compliant with OSHA and CLIA requirements. Directs plans and coordinates the work of all office staff and administrative functions.

Qualifications - Minimum

Education:

Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; fiscal management and human resource management practices; computer system, word processing and spreadsheet programs to assist in form and report completion.

Developing and maintaining department quality assurance; exercising initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clinical and clerical staff, physicians, administrative staff and the public.

Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and direct the work of others; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; establish quality control standards; identify problems, evaluate, recommend solutions and correct errors; communicate effectively verbally and in written form.

Previous medical office management experience required.

High School diploma required with further education in related field.

CPR Certification preferred
