SUMMARY:
Under the clinical and administrative supervision of the Site Supervisor, responsible for the overall supervision of the mental health clinical staff of the assigned site. Clinically responsible for all mental health treatment personnel with the exception of medical staff. Directly supervises all full-time mental health therapists one hour per week or in accordance with training supervision requirements. Completes all performance appraisals and licensure reviews on supervisees within a timely fashion. Supervises admission to the department by delegating the assignment of cases to support staff providing back up consultation on problem cases. Directly monitors length of time from the client's initial call to their first appointment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master's Degree in a mental health related field; five years clinical experience, plus appropriate license as required in the Ohio Department of Mental Health rules for provider qualifications 5122-23-01 and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services certification standards.
-CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.
-Valid State ofOhiomotor vehicle operator's license and insurable under Firelands auto policy. Employee must provide proof of personal automobile liability insurance coverage upon request.
