Job Description AECOM
anticipates award of a staff augmentation contract. The purpose of this
contract is to provide Staff Augmentation Support Services to Fluor B& W
Portsmouth LLC (FBP). This contract will be used to provide a coordinated
approach to staff augmentation on the FBP D&D contract in Piketon, Ohio.
This contract includes a broad span of labor resource categories including
technical, engineering, administrative and business services, waste management,
and nuclear safety and operations support.
Under
this contract AECOM will support FBP Divisions in support of the following work
scope:
Regulatory
Planning and Implementation
Environmental
Remediation
Facility
Surveillance and Monitoring I D&D
Waste
Management
Environmental
Safety & Health, and Quality
Nuclear
Safety and Engineering

and Site wide Integration
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
Materials
& Inventory Control Mgr - The
Inventory Control position is responsible for achieving and the
coordination of periodic cycle counts and physical inventory management , interplant
reconciliation and timely and accurate transaction posting with daily data
validation . This individual will also coordinate process audits to document
our accuracy in the following areas : Receiving,
Bills of Materials , Scrap and production scanning, dispositioning of obsolete and
excess materials and inventory rotation.
Education : Requires a BS in closely related field or equivalent engineering degree .
Experience: This
position requires 7 yrs experience related to scope, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
Specialized Knowledge:
Must be familiar with best practices in the
professional field of supply manager and inventory control. Must have a remarkable safety record and OSHA
knowledge. Should be capable of obtaining
a DOE Q security clearance or Secret US Government security clearance.
Skills:

Requires previous DOE or commercial nuclear
expertise

organizational skills.

Requires advanced level English language
skills, both verbal and written.
Requires excellent analytical skills,
including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.

fast-moving, demanding work environment.

Attend meetings, as assigned.
Prepare, support, and/or deliver presentations to DOE,
the regulators, the public, and/or other project staff, as assigned.
Requires Project controls, Risk and change control experience
Must be able to client information with
confidentiality and discretion.
