Marketing Process Analyst Sr to Marketing Process Analyst Lead

We have an exciting opportunity to add a senior analyst to our Customer Experience organization charged with ownership of the Renewal and Endorsement experience across all platforms and channels, for both Auto and Special Lines. Our team leverages analytics and behavioral psychology to design, test, and implement new customer centric treatments - to both improve customer satisfaction and generate optimal business outcomes.

With more than 20 million renewals and 11 million endorsement interactions, this is a unique opportunity to play a central role in delivering demonstrable value to Progressive. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/behaviors:

  • Comfort with complex and unstructured analytical challenges.

  • Can distill complex analyses into simple and clear language/visuals.

  • Strong business judgment: ability and willingness to make informed recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.

  • Experience developing business/program logic in applications such as SQL/DB2, SAS, R, Python, VBA, etc.

Knowledge, skills, and education required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study (e.g., Math, Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science).

  • Minimum of 3 years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).

  • This position requires online pre-employment testing for internal and external candidates

  • Familiarity with business processes and system knowledge preferred

  • Proven computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets

  • Advanced skills in Excel with knowledge of spreadsheet functionality including v-lookups, pivot tables, charts and graphs

  • Intermediate knowledge of additional reporting tools such as, Tableau, PDW, R, or SAS

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Strong data management skills
