We are currently hiring for permanent entry level Customer Service Representative at our client site in Hamilton!
This position is a Permanent opportunity working at our elite client in a call center environment!
Shifts available during hours of operation: M-F, 8:00AM-9:00PM and Sat, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Starting salary is $26,000 plus based on experience
All Customer Service experience will be considered.
-Provides customer solutions by providing seamless delivery of service, and/or fulfillment requests by answering calls, text messages or emails in a contact center environment.
-Requires knowledge of multiple products and ability to deepen or retain relationships through service. Performs routine account-related transactions.
-Accountable for the successful resolution of all customer requests.

Working hours: M-Sat, First or Second Shift
-HS Diploma or equivalent required
-Previous Customer Service experience
-Call Center experience a plus, but not required
-Excellent communication skills
Successful completion of background check and drug screen are required.
