          GENERAL SUMMARY
          The Behavioral Health Community Based Therapist I will provide intensive, community-based clinical services to families of youth with serious behavioral difficulties utilizing Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an evidence-based treatment model. Duties include assessment, treatment, advocacy, and collaboration with community partners. Therapist must be willing to work flexible hours, to participate in 24 hour on-call rotation, and to provide interventions in the family home and community. MST places significant emphasis on clinician development and ongoing training and supervision in utilizing the MST model is provided.

          MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


          1. Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.


          2. Appropriate Ohio licensure required.


          3. Demonstrated skills and abilities in providing and managing behavioral healthcare to children, adolescent and families.


          4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, peers and community representatives.


          5. To maintain reliable transportation, and both an acceptable driving record and automobile insurance, with acceptable coverage for business driving/transporting of consumers, in accordance with NCH policies.


          6. Previous experience in community-based clinical services to families of youth with serious behavioral difficulties.
