Oversees clinical and operational management of the national programs and assists with program evaluations and the establishment of new affiliations. Supports current Affiliates in conjunction with new Consulting Business Projects. Develops and manages processes, measurements, tools, and operations to facilitate improved services.
Oversees clinical and operational management of the national programs and assists with program evaluations and the establishment of new affiliations.
Analyzes affiliate/consulting clients strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the project plan and targeted outcomes.
Outlines initiatives to improve quality/processes and makes recommendations for implementation while maintaining awareness of implementation strategies by notifying leadership of risks.
Conducts assessments and reviews operational efficiencies and structures at other facilities to determine operational opportunities for improvement of care delivery.
Defines project requirements according to established standards (scope, schedule, resources, budget, deliverables) and conducts extensive research on pertinent areas.
Flags high-level work plan issues for escalation and monitors procedural compliance(issue tracking, scope management, etc.) Participates in annual assessments and reviews operational efficiencies and structures at other facilities to determine operational opportunities for improvement of care delivery.
Conducts environmental rounds at current affiliate sites and consulting sites to identify issues related to compliance set forth by governmental and health care agencies and provides recommendations on how to correct the identified deficiencies.
Establishes and documents standard project-planning terminology (e.g., phases, milestones, tasks, etc.).
Identifies barriers that may make it difficult for Affiliates or Clients to progress with the project goals and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate's Degree in Nursing.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required.
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum five years experience in an ambulatory or hospital setting.
Clinical expertise in the cardiac care service areas across the continuum preferred.
Experience working with cardiac clinical services and team members at all levels preferred.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills, strong problem identification and resolution skills.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
