Cleveland Clinic Associate-Chief-Information-Officer in Cleveland, Ohio
Responsible for IT leadership, strategy, and operations in leveraging technology as an enabler to value across all business functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing and other Administrative Services. Will be accountable to executive leadership and governance council for collaborative innovation through business alignment, building a culture of customer service excellence, and measurable results through service delivery.
Responsible for championing the evolution to a business partner-based IT customer service model, including collaborative governance to align business priorities and properly allocate finite resources.
Responsible for facilitating business partner collaboration to set a vision and innovate in new ways that drive value through shared information and technology solutions.
Accountable for providing program management leadership and guidance in planning, deploying and supporting shared solutions, including a focus on resources, architecture, data integration, scheduling, on-time delivery, quality assurance, and overall IT operations.
Manages a budget of approximately $50 million, 300+ staff, schedules, and vendors.
Accountable for leading, managing, mentoring, directing, selecting, training, orienting, assigning, and evaluating the performance of the IT team.
Oversees all financial aspects of the budget.
Manages new and existing vendor contracts and relationships.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible Information Technology management positions in large, complex, healthcare networks.
Track records of successful business systems implementation, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing and other administrative services.
Experience in people management, project management, business planning, product execution and bottom line execution.
Physical Requirements :
Typical physical demands include a moderate degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer.
Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing and the ability to verbally communicate with employees and patients.
Physical demands include office work and the mobility sufficient to attend meetings in clinical departments throughout the Clinic.
Must be available after hours for support.
