The ideal candidate will be a seasoned architect/consultant with broad technical skills and experience Cloud Security consulting, Data loss prevention and Network Security .

          As a Lead Architect, you are responsible for ensuring that the technical solution solves the business problem. As a result, you need to possess a broad range of business and technical expertise. You must be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements and assist other team members in designing and implementing the solution.

          Responsibilities include:
          * Help manage and develop our new and growing Security Consulting team
          * Develop and implement holistic solution architectures for homogenous problem domains from both a business and technical perspective.
          * Perform solution definition of a problem domain.
          * Design overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy.
          * Deliver an integrated solution that meets the needs of the client within the constraints of the contract.
          * Capture both functional and non-functional (i.e. life cycle cost, performance, and/or flexibility) business requirements on how the system should work over time.
          * Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation planning of the technical/business solution from pre-sale through delivery.
          * Assist in establishing preliminary project/program development schedule.
          * Generate conceptual/logical architectures, system documents, testing analyses, test plans, and risk assessments.

          Expectation for Travel: For the Global Business Solutions Division of CSC, all roles require a commitment to 100% travel. This doesn't mean that a person will always be traveling for assignments, but new Consultants joining the CSC team need to understand that they could be assigned to a travel role. The staffing process focuses on assigning people to local roles as a first priority, however, if a Consultant is available and has the right skills for an assignment for another CSC office across the United States, the Consultant may be staffed into that travel assignment. When this happens, they travel to the project location at the start of the week, return at the end of the work week and are home during the weekends.

            Qualifications:

          Required Skills and Experience
          * 10-15 years experience, with at least 6-8 years architecture experience

          * At least 4 years Cloud Consulting experience
          * At least 5 years Consulting experience
          * Strong delivery skills
          * CCSK certification
          * Experience with VCE VBlocks, Catbird, TrendMircro, Centrify, VMware, Xen, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack and HyTrust
          * Understanding of Virtual Application (cross-cloud identity management, web application firewall, data loss protection, data access auditing); Virtual Server (host firewall and IDS, Server AV, file integrity monitoring, patch management); Virtual Network (layer 3 routing, network firewall, network IDS, customer-specific configurations); Cloud Infrastructure (network firewall, network IDS, Hypervisor auditing, administrator access auditing)
          * Experience with proposals and pre-sales support, in addition to hands-on architecture and development experience.
          * Experience developing and writing a Statement of Work
          * Strong leadership skills
          * Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation skills
          * At least 5 years experience of heavy travel (over 50%)
          * Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance if needed

          • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

          • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

          • Seven or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture strategy and design

          • Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology

          • Experience working with capacity planning concepts for systems of all sizes and complexities

          • Experience working with technical trends to assess the future direction of technology
            Other Qualifications


          • Five to eight years of additional relevant experience in two or more technical specialty areas
