� Detailed, small plastic component design; metal stamping; welding; machining; and/or extrusion type experience
� Technical writing experience (i.e. DFMEA)
� Tolerance stack ups
� Failure analysis
� Design tests and test fixtures
� Technical leadership experience
� Mechanical testing experience
� CAD experience
� Risk Management experience
� Verification and Validation (this is one of the top things that we find candidates are usually missing)
