A Centerville company is looking for a Client Support Representative to start immediately! Job Duties for this role include processing voice-of-the-customer feedback from the mystery shoppers, proof-reading and correcting grammatical and punctuation errors, interacting with clients and shoppers to obtain further information, assisting mystery shopper with questions and problem solving through inbound and outbound calls and online chat, and other duties as assigned. This right individual for the role will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent grammar and punctuation skills, great written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a Bachelor's Degree in English or Communications.
